Do you live within a radius of 25 kilometers from Sneek and are available 8 hours a week to take ownership of the accounts receivable, accounts payable and subscription administration? Then we are looking for you!

Job description
As a financial administrative employee you are responsible for the accounts receivable, accounts payable and subscription administration. You ensure that purchase invoices are processed, outstanding invoices are paid on time and you maintain contact with our customers around the world to make payment agreements and resolve any disputes. You also ensure that the renewal invoices for our subscriptions are sent weekly.

What are you going to do?

  • Manage and monitor our accounts receivable portfolio.
  • Coordination regarding external collection.
  • Processing purchase invoices.
  • Send subscription renewal invoices.
  • Processing data in our Exact Online and Hubspot systems.
  • You work closely with sales colleagues and our controller.
  • You report to the management and are an important link in the financial process of our company.

Who are you?

  • You have completed an MBO education in a financial field.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • You have knowledge of accounting processes and systems.
  • You have knowledge and experience with international invoicing and associated payment transactions. (Knowledge of Exact Online is an advantage).
  • You live within a radius of 25 km. around Sneek.
  • You are a real Imagineer: pixel perfect, enthusiastic, proactive and communicative and you can work well in a team as well as independently.
  • You master the Dutch and English language to perfection.
  • You are available 8 hours a week.
