Van Wijnen asked us to visualize the visual impact of a renovation project in Doetinchem in an innovative way. For this we used the Visual Twin, which forms the basis for the animation in which the current situation is alternated with the future situation, in order to visually visualize the changes.
Van Wijnen's goal is to use this animation to support informing the residents and those around the apartment complex.
The project area has been scanned at a high level of detail and a Visual Twin 3D model has subsequently been developed, in collaboration with the architect involved. Added 3D model to the Visual Twin. Our specialists then processed both 3D models into a clear animation, which provides a glimpse into the future.
The result
The end product has become an innovative and realistic 3D animation. By using advanced techniques, the changes have been visualized in a contemporary way, so that the changes are shown clearly for everyone, but above all in an accessible way.
