Transport connection in the picture
A new high-quality transport connection to make public transport more attractive. The Amsterdam transport region, the province of North Holland and the municipalities of Haarlemmermeer, Aalsmeer and Uithoorn are investing in an improved high-quality transport connection (HOV) between Aalsmeer and Schiphol-South. We were allowed to visualize this construction for our client Sweco.
Aalsmeer more accessible
Local traffic also benefits from the new transport connection due to faster and better access roads. The installation of a new bus station and roundabouts through which the bus lane passes are major adjustments. In addition, an important local intersection will also be redesigned with a new bicycle tunnel to increase safety.
The new transport connection is a redesign that will result in many changes in local traffic. To inform local residents about this, we visualized these changes one by one in our virtual tour.
